1. Bidder must be 18 years old and above to participate in the auction.
2. Every bidder is required to pay a registration fee of one thousand (PHP 1,000.00) to participate. This will be deducted on the total amount of items auctioned.
3. During the auction, only registered bidders in the auction area shall be recognized by the auctioneer. Registered bidders outside the auction area will not be recognized.
4. Bidders who would like to check their total bill may proceed at the cashier area. They will provide the list of items auctioned and their total bill for verification.
5. If the bidder needs to take a break or wish to leave the auction, the corresponding bidder number must be surrendered at the cashier. All bidders must settle their accounts before leaving the auction area. Transactions must be done at the cashier ONLY. For inquiry and approval of any request, only the President and the CEO have the approving authority.
6. Before the auction, auctioneer shall issue the guidelines on proper way of auction. It shall be done by showing the “bidder number” properly. Moving of heads up and down, side by side, fingers, hands or leg pointing will not be recognized as a bid.
7. Video recordings and taking pictures are strictly prohibited during the auction. Any person caught committing the act shall be banned and asked to step out on the auction premises.
8. Distribution of leaflets, flyers, brochures, calling cards and other paraphernalia during the auction is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught committing the act shall be escorted by the security officers to go out of the auction area.
9. Smoking, drinking liquors and taking illegal drugs are prohibited.
10. Recycle Park Japan and its staffs shall be free from any responsibility for any loss of bidder’s personal belongings in the auction premises.
11. Recycle Park Japan shall not be responsible for any harm or injury to a person or properties that occur inside the auction area. Any person accompanying the bidder inside the auction area shall also pay one thousand (PHP 1,000.00) pesos as registration fee.
12. All items sold during the auction shall be subjected to additional Value Added Tax (VAT). Bidder Tax Identification Number (TIN) shall be noted at the registration form prior to the auction.
1. Bidder/s who has settled their account after the auction may claim their items.
2. Bidder/s who failed to settle their account on the same day of auction will be given three (3) working days free storage. Pulling out of items is from 9:00 am to 5pm.
3. If the third day falls on a holiday, bidder/s may pull out their items on the following day. Failure to pull out on the given day will charge the bidder/s and additional fee one (1%) percent of their total bill per day.
4. Any bidder/s who failed to claim the auctioned items after fifteen (15) days, having been reminded by the Recycle Park Japan staff will be blacklisted. Items will be forfeited in favor of Recycle Park Japan. Total amount of items auctioned shall be paid before the pull out. Partial payment is not allowed, unless terms are applied.
5. Any bidder/s who will try to pull out the auctioned items without the full payment shall be criminally prosecuted under existing laws and will be blacklisted. Any personnel/employee/member of Recycle Park Japan who will be caught assisting to pull out the auctioned items shall be immediately terminated.
6. Recycle Park Japan reserves the right to refuse return of auctioned items which has been taken out of the premises of the company.
7. Cancellation of auctioned items and changing from stocks is not allowed.
